Despite being a very compact space, this was a unique opportunity for a CAT B refurbishment on the Ground Floor of a small building on a business park where the client currently occupied the first floor. The building was very dated and gave us a fantastic opportunity to show the client what we could do with the space and the difference between what they had and where they would occupy.
The space included a fully compliant ambulant kitchen space and toilet along with divisible meeting rooms to be used for large team meetings and the images of the Humber Bridge which is located within half a mile of the office encompass the local architecture.
